I have two fields, one for personal income the other for household income.

Household income must be equal or greater than personal income. The user must see an error message if they enter a figure in household income which is less than personal income, How do I do this?

    Hi,

Unfortunately it seems that that is not possible at this time, at least not to compare two different fields in such manner in jotform.

You could accomplish this by embedding the jotform through source code option, but that would mean that every time you make some changes, you will need to re-embed the jotform manually.

I will however open a new feature request for our developers on this thread and once this feature becomes available, you will be notified through this thread about it.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi,

Yes, that would be a way to implement this feature and we can help you with it.

Could you please give us the link to jotform - it would be best once everything is set co that we can then tell you the exact code to check this.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi,

OK, I see that more or less all of the threads are connected to these fields.

I would suggest waiting with this until everything is resolved and then we can see what you are going to be using at that time and create a code for that (since some suggestion might change what you are to be using and how we can get the value).

    Best Regards,
    Ben
