Earlier today, someone filled out the form on our website, and submitted it. However, there is no record of it on your website, nor did I receive notification. (I did send a test email from your site, and I had it in seconds.)

On our previous website, this form always worked flawlessly.

Just received this from person who submitted form:

There was a problem I think at the part at end when you put in a secret word or whatever. It kept same clue word when I requested change. So I put it in and hit send and it stuck. I got up did a chore and screen was empty so thought it went?

    Hi,

It looks like your submitter didn't enter the correct captcha text and this blocked the submission.

I did a test submission on your site and I was redirected to this site.

So, it looks like it's working correctly. But, can you please confirm if you got my submission?

    Thanks.

I did get your submission... I also sent my own test and it came through, and I changed that redirect so it just sends a message rather than redirects to another website.

Any idea why my submitter was unable to change the captcha word on his form?

I have sent another test submission and see that the page is redirecting to a Thank you message now.

I don't see any issue with reloading the captcha word from my end.

The user might be unable to reload it due to an issue with internet connection or similar. You can ask your user to check with his internet connection and clear the browser's cache using

Please get back to us if you need further assistance. We will be happy to help. Thank you!!
