Can you please look at my Holiday Boutique application - I've received several complaints that people can't complete the form due to various errors.

You have an Authorize.net payment tool in your form.
But it's not configured.
You need to either remove this tool or configure it (in order to accept payments).
This is the reason why your form is showing that error message.Please let us know if you have further questions.
