Not getting form details returned?

    I have just set up a new form


    I have filled it out to be sent to my inbox and I am getting a reply from Jotform but the e-mail is empty - where am I going wrong?

    Hi aricurn,

    I have reviewed your email notification email set up and I am seeing that it is currently blank. 

    You have not added the fields that you would like to be sent to you after the form has been submitted, as such you are getting a blank email.

    You would need to edit your email notifications and add the fields that you would like to be included in the email that is sent to you.
