I'm trying to create and Order Form that directs the user to a different sub-form based on their selections.

You can use conditional logics and choose Change Thank you URL after submission

So when a condition is met, it will go to the URL of the second form :

Thank you – I am curious as to why I would not “skip to page” – how can I create separate pages specific to each individual condition?

Oh, that's another workaround, and yes, that's possible. Simply add a Page Breaker (under survey tools) and establish the skip to page conditions.

There is a third way, and this is through collapse tools. See this guide for more help.

Show or Hide multiple fields at once using form collapse tool
