When I have a form submission, is there a way I can be emailed a notification?

Hello.  I just stumbled upon your site and find it fantastically easy.  I was just wondering if there was a way I could be notified, short of going on the site constantly, that I have had a submission?  Can you let me know.

What you are looking for is called the Email Notification. Additionally, we also have Autoresponders.
