Not receiving submissions in google spreadsheet

    Some of the completed forms are not having their information transferred into the Google spreadsheet. I receive an email with the completed form information, but the information does not appear in the spreadsheet. This has happened to 3 thus far.

    I see you are having an issue with receiving your data into your google spreadsheet.

    Based on what you said most likely that is happening because your google spreadsheet integration has gone out of sync. It probably happened from an update was applied on google's or our end.

    Please remove the integration then reapply it to rebuild the integration and test to see if it will work without giving you that problem again.

    If you continue to have issues let us know and we will investigate the problem deeper if needed.
