What would be another way to create a text field in the center of a questions without using the "Narrative Field"?

I'm sorry but I can't think on an easy way to do this using text fields.
You might be able to do it combining labels with textboxes and customizing everything using CSS injection but I think that it will be a lot easier to use a CSS file on your server to customize the widget.
