    All forms are down

    Good Morning,All of our forms are down even after flushing our DNS.The form URLs are:http://www.jotform.com/jsform/10730406086http://www.jotform.com/jsform/10731606023is Jotform.com down?thanks, Rich

    Hello rrccit,

    Are you still experiencing this problem up until now?  I have recently checked your webpage and saw that the form shows up properly in it.  The jotform jsform links that you have provided also returns the proper code.

    If it's still down at your end, can you please provide some details on how it looks like?

    Good Afternoon,Yes forms are still down from on campus but people off campus, such as yourself, can see and use them just fine.Regards,Rich Martinez

    Hi RRCCIT,

    First of all, we do apologize for any inconvenience.

    The link you've given earlier still seems to be fine on our end. Can you try embedding the form with iFrame and use http://www.jotform.net/XXXXXXXX instead of http://www.jotform.com/XXXXXXXX? For example: 

     

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.net/form/XXXXXXXXXX" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1788px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

     

    After doing so, clear your cache once more, and restart your browser.
