Can I use my own questionnaire with JotForm button?

Hi,

I'd like to use you button(s) in our web page, but the pop-up window which launches a form inside, should be directed to our own questionnaire (e.g. www.example.fi). Is this possible or do we need to use your templates? If possible, how do I do it?

Sorry, I explained it poorly. I have inserted a button "Anna palautetta" to our website, but I'd like to change the contact form ("Contact Us") in pop-up window to our own contact/feedback form. In other words; replace the form ID-number with our www.excample.fi

I am using WP for this website.

I'm not sure if I understood you correctly.

You wanted to change the whole form using your own template? If this is the case you can create your own template or design of form in the Form Editor.

1. Create a new form.

2. Choose blank form to start from scratch

3. You will then have a Form editor to where you can customize your form.

4. We have a new feature called "JotForm Form Designer", an easy to use advance form designer.

5. If you want to replace the previous form you have on your website, you will need to re-embed the new form.

Also, if you can provide us the website link to where your form is embedded that would help us more understand the problem or concern you have.
