Form does not submit in chrome

    My form does not work in Chrome -- but it doesn in IE.

     

    Consistently stuck on the 'please wait'...please help!

    I tested the form both in Chrome and in Internet Explorer and could successfully submit it:

    Are you experiencing this situation in the standalone version (http://www.jotformpro.com/form/42954002410947) or in the website embed version? If it is only in the website version please let us know the url so we can test it further.

    Meanwhile you can try clearing your browser's cache to see if it helps.

    Let us know if the problem persists.
