    Cannot download PDF version of submission

    I have the paid version of Jotform; why can I not download the pdf version of my submission under Abstract Submission Form?

    When I reviewed my submission it gives me the option to share via dropbox and to also convert into an excel file or pdf file.  Everything works except the pdf version.  I keep getting the following message "Invalid form url this form is not available for this domain."  Please help me.

    I tested and could replicate the same situation. When trying to download the PDF version of the submissions I got an error screen:

    I tried clearing your forms' cache but it didn't solve the situation. I forwarded this situation to our developers so they can take a deeper look into this.

    They will contact you via this thread once they have an update on this matter.

    By the way you mention that you have the paid version of Jotform. I checked and the account nbna8630 has a free plan active. Have you subscribed recently one of our paid plans? If so I kindly ask you to provide us the subscription reference in a new thread so we can look better into this situation.

    Are you still experiencing this issue?

    If so, can you please tell us how exactly this problem came about? Did you press the "Get PDF" button in the submissions page, or did you access a pdf link in the notification email?

    We'll look forward your response.
