I am not receiving notification of form submissions.

    Clients are advising that they are completing form submissions, but I am not receiving email notifications. When I logged in today, I can see the submissions.

    Hi zooreturns,

    I do apologize that you have not been getting all of your form submissions.

    I reviewed your terms and conditions form and I am seeing where your email notification is not set-up completely. There is not sender name placed on the notifications. This will prevent your form submissions from reaching to you.

    Please make that change to your forms email notification. You should start receiving your submission notifications once that is done.
