I use the IFrame code to embed my forms into my sites so that the forms show up properly in all browsers. The email with the subject line "Action Required: Change on your secure JotForm Forms" gives an example of what to change as follows:
My forms start like this:
Do I need to do this on the forms: http://secure.form.jotform.com/form/?

Thanks for asking. Your secure URL would be the same as for everyone else. So, regardless of the code provided by the Embed Form Wizard when you check Secure Form, make sure the URL section of the iFrame code is https://secure.jotform.com/form/93565711802. I just checked one of my own forms to see what format the wizard supplies when "Secure Form" is checked and it was correct but considering the DDoS situation we recently experienced, I don't know if everyone's form builder is working the same as yet. That's why I stated "...regardless of the code provided by the Embed Form Wizard"
If you need additional help with this or any other aspect of our product, please let us know. Our team will be glad to help however we can.
P.S. In the screenshot, please ignore the URL shown for the direct link. That image was uploaded was uploaded before the DDoS incident. The purpose of the screenshot was to show the location of the "Secure Form" check box.

Thank you, Wayne. When I followed the instructions you gave above, I found that the wizard supplied the format correctly.
