    Is your Contact Us Form?  Or is it general to all the forms? Please let us know so we can assist you better. 

    I inspected the Contact Us form and the email man***r@am****nsu***ngser***es.com is not in our bounce list. 

    I made a test submission and the email was sent:

    As your email notification has a noreply sender address maybe it was taken as spam by your email provider. Please check your spam folder.

    You can check if the emails are being sent by going to "Account">"History "> "Emails":

    If the email was in the spam folder You might consider adding a custom sender address.
