How do I downgrade my account (Plimus hasn't sent me a password)?

    I've tried logging into Plimus, but I never created a password.  When I click "forgot password" they said they would send one, but they haven't (it's been four hours).  :(

    I've seen others post similar questions to jotform forum.  You guys and gals really are great and I love jotform...just don't love the hassle of trying to downgrade through Plimus. :(  But again...I *LOVE* jotform!

    Your JotForm subscription is now canceled. You will not be charged again, but your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires.
