Discussion on how Jotform approval can work for us

    Hi there,

I work for Lyle and Scott Ltd, clothing brand based in Scotland and London. We currently use Jotform for new supplier/customer forms at a very basic level.

I am now exploring the idea of creating a form for our wholesale customers which allows them to submit information for missing items, damaged garments, items they would like to return etc. so we can then process a credit note for the customer.

It would be good to have a call with someone to discuss the possible options as this would involve a workflow depending on the type of credit required, it would then be sent to the respective account manager for approval before going to customer service for processing.

Look forward to hearing from you.

    Many thanks,

    Luke Kelly

    Hello Luke Kelly,

Thanks for using Jotform. Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a forum thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help.

From what you're discussing though, it sounds like you would benefit from reading about our Jotform Approvals which is a powerful tool that creates approval workflows — for free! That way you can have your account manager look over things first. Also, it may benefit you to read about our in-app conditional logic for the data points you're looking over.

If you open a Free account for this, and want to link your first form after getting into it, we'll be happy to help you.

Please let us know if you have any questions about that, or if there is anything else we can do for you.
