    Web Designer with 4 questions...

Asked by BGGRAPHICS on September 19, 2011 at 04:21 PM

I'm a website designer and just found your JotForm services, which I really like.  Here are my questions...

Question 1. Can I create 1 main Premium account for me to use, if I wanted to create different forms, for some of our clients websites?  As I would be the one creating and managing the forms.

Question 2:  One of our clients (A Doctors Office) wants us to create an online new patient form, that would have a lot of private personal data.  Would I have to create a separate JotForm account just for that office, because they would need to login to access their form data securely?  As we don't want them to see any of our other clients forms, and emailed form data is not secure right?

Question 3: This Doctors Office wants an online form option, although they may be challenged to have to login to a JotForm account to access any New Patient Form data.  Is this the Only Secure way that they can get the new patient form data?

Question 4: If someone fills out a form with all kinds of private data, will the email notification sent, only send a "Notice" that an online form has been recv'd, and NOT send any of the actual private form data?  As we don't want to jepardize the personal information on the form.

Please do not ask multiple unrelated questions on the same thread. Each thread title should describe the problem or question for that particular issue so that it is useful for everyone in the forum. Thanks.

Yes, you can create a single Premium account and use it for all of your clients. We have many web designers/developers who use it that way.

You can create (password protected) reports for them so they do not need to access your account just to see submission reports. If they need to change the forms, then they need a separate account.

Question 3: This Doctors Office wants an online form option, although they may be challenged to have to login to a JotForm account to access any New Patient Form data.  Is this the Only Secure way that they can get the new patient form data?

Create a password protected report for them and they will be able to access to the data on our secure server.

Question 4: If someone fills out a form with all kinds of private data, will the email notification sent, only send a "Notice" that an online form has been recv'd, and NOT send any of the actual private form data?  As we don't want to jepardize the personal information on the form.

Yes, it is perfectly possible to customize the emails so that it will only say there is a new submission, and maybe include the first name of the sender and it will not provide any further details.
