Edit Auto-responderAsked by kchin on October 23, 2014 at 05:24 PM2. What do I need to do to "strip out" defaulted information in confirmation emails that mention patient names? I want the bare minimum. Basically, I just want a "Thank you for completing your paperwork online." to go to any/all recipients.auto-responder edit
I've checked your form and I see that you only have a notifier configured in it.
This notifier will only send the notification to you when your form is submitted.
If you want to create an autoresponder, please refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
You can customize the message that you want to send to your patients (step 6 on the mentioned guide)
You can also set up the Thank you page, please refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-Up-the-Thank-You-Page that your patients will see when the form is submitted.
If you have any questions, please let us know.
