I created a form, but the PDF doesn't show the text from the form

I created a form for a contract and when I tested this out, the text of the contract does not appear on the PDF. Only the choices like check box, radio button, etc. appear on the forms.  Is this possible to have the actual form I create and what the person signs to appear in the PDF? Thank you. It's not a valid contract if it doesn't print.

resubmitted on another question, I meant the email received and the PDF you can export from the submissions area. When I export as a PDF it's fine but I would rather have an online form where I can take the payment.

    Hi,

Please make sure to enable the 'Show TEXTS and Headers' option when in the submission  page view.

    User guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions

I created a form, but the PDF doesnt show the text from the form Image 1 Screenshot 20

This will then show the TEXTS so that you can Print them also.

    Inform us if issue remains.

    Thanks.
