Hi, sorry for non include more information. You can found the contact form at the "CONTACTO" menu. There is my contact form that i make it by JotForm. The problem that i have is the following:
when i go to www.metricspot.com and I analyze my website, you can see in TECHNICAL ASPECTS, a warning about embedded css styles in HTML. How can create my form with JotForm but without use CSS embedded in HTML?
I don't know if I'm being clear.

Hi,
I was able to see the jotform on your website
Is there any problem using the jotform in your website?
The current problem you are reporting, I am not sure yet if it is related to jotform at all.
I did check also as you mentioned using this website http://www.metricspot.com/ and I got this
How can create my form with JotForm but without use CSS embedded in HTML?
I don't think this is possible. Of course the form needs to have CSS for its styles. I can see in your embedded jotform http://www.jotformz.com/form/42960910249659 on the website that you are using the full source code embed.
Maybe you can try using the other embed method like the default script embed.

Please try this also and check if it makes the difference.
Thanks.
