    Hi,

I have watched the tutorial and youtube on sign document.

I am trying to convert a current jotform with signature requirements and existing approval flow to sign document.

I went to the jotform and edited the signature, turned on the sign document. So that part looks fine.

I then went to my approval flow, edit and tried to delete one approval fields and replace with sign doucment. It went over however it wants me to add a document?? The document is the one I am already in and it does not come up as the available document.

Are you able to assist with how to convert the current jotform over to a sign document.

    Thank you

    Hi Lynda,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you add a signature field to your form, you can enable Jotform Sign automation, but this is different than a Jotform Sign document that you create as your submission PDF is different than a sign document. 1666373822 6352d8be416c1 Screenshot 10

To create a Jotform Sign document, you'll need to create a separate document and upload your document or use one of the templates. You'll then be able to send out this document to the user you want to have sign it or include it as part of the approval flow.

Give this a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
