How can I calculate total from different inputs?Asked by Paliv on October 24, 2014 at 01:22 PM
I created 5 numeric fileld and I want to calculate automatically in Total's field.
Like in excel, how can I formulate to add: field1, field 2, field 3, field 4, field 5=field 6?
Thank you for contacting us.
It can be done pretty easy with us, since there is a Form Calculation widget available for jotforms.

I used the form calculation. However, it does not seem to work on currency values. I am asking users to provide expected expenses. It will total only if decimal places are not used. Even though I set the field to currency format the $ or commas do not show. For example, user has to input
1000 + 200 = $1200
Is there a way to have the currency fields show $ and commas and the calculating field include the comma?
