Not sure what services you're using with GoDaddy. If you are unable to embed the form code you can simply create a link on your site/page(s) to get to the form. The latter is not as elegant but it does the job.

The short answer is Yes, you should be able to use our forms with the GoDaddy websites and most of the website builders / hosting solutions.
You can actually try to test this, just clone any form template (will take you a few minutes), and add it to your GoDaddy website with an Embed or an iFrame code. If you use GoDaddy's website builder, please try adding the form code into an HTML element.
The second question has been moved into a separate thread:
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

And none so far have claimed to have issue using jotform code on their websites.
