How do I publish my form to my IPad

    I have created the form.  Now I want to use it and keep it on my IPad.  I want to use it every day as a checklist and keep and compile the results.

    Hi,

    The jotform needs to be online, so it needs internet for access. You can always view your jotform using its link in your iPad. Example, you can always use this link http://www.jotform.us/form/40656624959164 to open your jotform in your ipad browser.
