How do I get Next button on page break to go to top of next page instead of bottom?

Asked by drjax on October 24, 2014 at 08:22 PM

In preview mode, I fill my form then reach end of page 1.  So I click Next at the bottom of page 1.  Suddenly I'm moved to the bottom of page 2.  Users won't know what to do with that.  Please help.

Could you confirm that if you are experiencing the issue on the preview popup screen as below:

If so, please try clicking on Open in New tab to open the form in a new tab and check if the issue is resolved. As I check the cloned form of yours, I was able to replicate the issue on the preview pop-up only and it seems to be working fine on a new tab.

Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to look into this issue further.

    Thank you.

Opening in new tab fixed it.  Thank you so much.

In my colleagues name, you are welcome.

We suggest always checking your jotform in a new tab as that gives you the real preview and behavior of your jotforms. The preview option is more of a quick preview and in some cases like this one, it would not show exactly what your users would see, while opening it in a new tab does.

Do let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
