How many submission can be made on a free account?Asked by rocco on October 25, 2014 at 07:26 AM
Hello i'm starting create some beautiful forms in your website. First of all compliments! I hope to have many customers and being a professional member. But for now i must begin with a free account.
Then, i see i have 100 submissions per month. So if i create only 1 form i have a cap of 100 users. But what if i create 2 or 3 forms? Have i a cap of 100 per form (so each form has 100 users) or 100/3=33 users per form?

Thank you. Our developers are always happy to hear that.

We understand that and that is why you will have access to all the same features on the Free account as you would on any paid account. Basically the difference being in submissions and storage space.
Our free accounts are limited to 100 submissions per month, no matter how many jotforms there are. So if you have 10 jotforms equally getting submitted, each would then have 10 submissions possible in a period of one month.
Now just to be sure that I have explained it in the right manner. You can have any number of jotforms and all of them share 100 submissions limit. This limit can be achieved by only one, some or all of the jotforms in your account.
What we mean by per month is that once the month has passed your counters will get reset to 0 so that you can once again have all the submission available to you.
You could however get more free submissions by checking out Get More section of your account.
Or a quicker way :)
