    Hi,

    Thank you for consulting to us about this first.

    I say that your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/42977515860162 is NOT Okay and will be susceptible to disablement.

    It is because your jotform captures Credit Card account information which is considered a phishing method and is in direct violation of JotForm Terms of Use

    Phishing You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form is created or JotForm is found to be used to: Obtain credit cards sensitive information, get social security numbers, show content with child pornography, make login forms to steal user credentials. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the guilty forms will be suspended immediately 

     

    I suggest you immediately remove those mentioned components on your form to avoid the phishing filter disabling the account and banning the forms.

    Please inform us if you need further assistance.

    I am just a little confused because this was one of your payment templates. Our company keeps cards on file so we can make weekly/monthly payments. We are trying to create a way to do so that clients can fill it out and we keep it on file. Being that this is a template and we havent made changes except to titles. Thank you

    Hi,

    I am not sure which template you were referring to. But I still recommend you do fix the form as suggested. Or just delete the form.

    If you need to capture CC for your file use, you should do it using any of the official Payment integration which you can find here

    As soon as you fixed this as suggested, we will reinstate your account.

    None of these are for keeping cc, they all process payments and we have quickbooks but dont see that option here. The account is locked and we cant get on to delete it. Can you please allow access to the account? We will just find another option because this one is not working.

    Some of our payment tools do allow you to set up recurring payments and your customer information can be stored within the payment tool database.

    I have activated your account, if the changes are not made to the form, the account will be suspended once again.

    I have made the changes, but my home ip address is blocked. We've honestly looked through what you offer and we have quickbooks so we dont need another company to process the payments which is what majority of thise payment tools do. Is there a specific way to only get the client info and not process payment? Also can my ip address please be whitelisted again.
