Mathematical Conditions: Updating a Form Field Value

Asked by chrisgal on October 25, 2014 at 10:05 PM

Can i use "And" contition somehow?

I have 2 drop down fields and 1 calculation field. For example: if user choose "option 1" form the 1st field and "option 2" on the 2nd field then in calculation field a price appears. There is 10 options in 1st field and 10 options in 2nd field. Diferrent prices for diferrent options. How can i do this?

    Hi Chris,

Please try to check the sample form that I created (http://support.jotform.com/form/42978416302457)

I created 3 fields namely: red shirt, blue shirt and prices text box. The red shirt and blue shirt is a dropdown containing prices like: Small - $20.00 / Medium - $21.00 / Large - $22.00

I created a Conditions by choosing "Update a form field value".

I created 2 Rules wherein if Red Shirt is filled AND IF Blue Shirt is filled then it should be added and the output will be shown in Prices text box field.

This is the conditional statement the form will follow.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions.
