How to import data into a form and prepopulate the fields automatically

I organise a charity bike ride each year and many of the entrants enter the following year so I already have the name, address, telephone, age, next of kin details. In future I would like to setup our entry form so if they type in their email address and we already have their details, the form is populated with the data we already have, which they can then amend if required.

Is there an easy way of doing this?

The entry form will change slightly each year.

I have the data on a spreadsheet.

    Hi dorsetholidaylets,

We currently don't have a way to import data from database and pre-populate the form fields. However, we have 2 apps that might help you.

    Import Data (http://import.jotform.io/)

You can import submissions from CSV or Excel and combine them with your Jotform submission data.

    Field Prepopulator (http://prepopulate.jotform.io/)

Pre-populate the fields before sending it to user that will fill up the form

    Hope this helps. Thanks!
