audio link disappearing when I put it in

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that when you add the code to embed audio file, it is not being saved? 

I would suggest you to please share the mp3 audio file code you are trying to embed in your form and we will take a look if there is any problem. Please be noted that if your embed code has any script code, it will be removed automatically. For security reasons, the script code cannot be added in in the form editor. 

Please be noted that you can upload your audio file in "SoundCloud" and then add our "SoundCloud" widget in your form which will play your audio file.
