I linked Jotform to Dropbox, I authenticated it and in the integration wizard window it says in green "connected" next to Dropbox.
But still I have not received any file in dropbox...

I did check your form and it seems to be connected with your dropbox account. It should be sending the submissions to your integrated dropbox folder.
I also cloned your form and integrated it with my dropbox account. I send test submission and it did send the submission PDF and file uploads to my dropbox account.
I would suggest you to re-integrate your form with dropbox and then send a test submissions to see if it works.
