What happened to the form I just spent hours putting together?

It says when it was last modified, but I can't retrieve it?  What did I do wrong? Is there anyway to get it back?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

Do you mean to say that the changes you made to your form is not visible? I would suggest you to ensure that you are not logged into two different browser and loaded the form in editor. 

Please be noted that we have auto save enabled in form editor and if you have loaded the form in two different browser, one version will always be overwritten by other editor. 

You can take advantage of our "Revision History" feature to revert back your form to an earlier version.
