When creating my contact form, I sent a test email to myself to make sure it was working and it does. However, I keep receiving the test email and I have yet to receive an actual message from anyone, when normally I would receive at least one a week. Could you please see why I keep receiving the test email?

Please review this user guide also.
If you are only using the Test Email button in the Notification, then all test messages will only be sent to your account email.
To receive submission emails, you have to submit the jotform in actual.
When jotform is submitted, the submission email will be sent to the email address in the Notification target Recipient E-mail box.
