    Support,

I am getting this response "This form has exceeded its allocated quota."

I believe my account is linked w/ Peter Willson which is a paid account. Can you please advise if I need to make a payment for this or if possible, can I use Peter's subscription?

    Thank you,

    Stephanie

    Hello Stephanie,

Upon checking your account, I found that you have exceeded the allowed submission limit. In free account you can only receive up to 100 MB of uploads but you have already received 100.69 MB of uploads and that is the reason why your account is currently over quota.

Yes you are a sub account of "peter.willson" but sub account cannot use the limits of master accounts. You can only edit forms or view submission submission of master account. If the form is in your account, normal submission limit of free account will be applicable. Please check the following guide for information on sub accounts:  http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

For now, I have activated your account. Please ensure that you delete few submission records form your form which has file attachments. Please be noted that deleting a submission records will also delete the attached file as well resulting in freeing up your upload storage space.

    Thank you!
