Account disabled

Hi Support,

My account is under Peter Willson's and we've been paying $10/month. Now the forms I've created are disbled "This form has exceeded its allocated quota."

Please check on this and revert to me quickly.

Can you tell us the account/username of the paid account? We will check.

I already checked the FREE account stephanie.alzona 

and noted that it already have exceeded the allowed upload limits of 100MB for free subscription.

This means the account will be at Overlimit status and will be temporarily disabled.

Hi,

I have registered Stephanie under my paid subscription. Her account should have the same capacity as what I have paid for. Please look into this.

I also would like to clone the forms under her account. But it seems I am unable to do it.

Can you please advise how to go about it?

Hello Peter,

Please be noted that sub account cannot use the submission limits of master / main accounts.

If you add a sub user account, they can only edit forms or view submissions of forms which are shared to them. If the  sub user accounts create forms in their own account, normal submission limit of free account will be applicable. You may like to check the following guide for information on sub accounts:  http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User 

I did check the account of user "stephanie.alzona" and the form cloning is not disabled. You should be able to clone the forms to your account. Do get back to us if you want the forms to be transferred to your account and we will do the needful. For security reasons, we need the transfer request to come form the source account. User "stephanie.alzona" needs to send us a message and we will transfer the forms.
