Receive Paypal emails but not email notifications

I created a registration form and put it on my website for an upcoming yoga retreat.  I have been getting emails from PayPal that I am receiving payments for the trip but have not received any submissions.  I tried the form and saw that once you hit submit, it brings you to PayPal.  Is there something people need to do to be sure the form is submitted as well as the payment?

Since you've integrated your form with PayPal, you'll get the form submission notification when the PayPal payment has been processed. Which means that your submitters will have to process their payment for you to get a notification.

I see that your form doesn't have any submissions yet.

Can you please tell us if you're sharing the form's direct URL with your users or did you publish the form in your website?

If you have the form published in a website, could you please share the URL with us so we can further investigate?

I've actually had 4 people who supposedly have filled out the form.  I've gotten their money through paypal already but have not received their forms.  I tried the form myself and saw that it takes you to PayPal once you click submit.  I don't think it brings you back to the form after that.

I inspected your form and you have incomplete payments:

 This means that until you complete the submission it will not show up in the submissions area (and will not send the email notification):

This happens when a user does not conclude the payment after being redirected to the Paypal page, or if he closes the browser window before concluding the payment.
