How to Resnd email to go through the updated approval workflow.

    How do I resend emails to student so that it sends using the updated conditions (the previous email was a generic response)?

    Hello ducksbball,

    First, make sure that the Approval Workflow will restart once the form is edited. Let me show you how.

    1. On the Approval Workflow page, click on the Settings tab at the top.
    2. Under the option "Restart Approval Flow on Submissions Edit", select Enabled. 1666727824 63583f90bdf29  Screenshot 10

    Now, go to the Submissions table to create a new column for the Send Button. The Send Button will be created on a separate column where you can click on each button to send the email on a selected submission entry.

    1. Go to the Submissions Table.
    2. Scroll to the right and then click the Add button next to the last column.

    3. Click the Buttons tab and then select Send Email from the options.

    4. Enter the Column name.

    5. Select which email template are you going to send and then click on the Create Column button.
    6. A new column should be created with the Send Email button.

    7. Click on each button to send the email to the responder.
