Hello ducksbball,
First, make sure that the Approval Workflow will restart once the form is edited. Let me show you how.
- On the Approval Workflow page, click on the Settings tab at the top.
- Under the option "Restart Approval Flow on Submissions Edit", select Enabled.
Now, go to the Submissions table to create a new column for the Send Button. The Send Button will be created on a separate column where you can click on each button to send the email on a selected submission entry.
- Go to the Submissions Table.
- Scroll to the right and then click the Add button next to the last column.
- Click the Buttons tab and then select Send Email from the options.
- Enter the Column name.
- Select which email template are you going to send and then click on the Create Column button.
- A new column should be created with the Send Email button.
- Click on each button to send the email to the responder.
