HIPAA > Approvals: Disable Require Login

My client has a non-enterprise HIPAA account and they have a workflow that includes "approvals" which engages a few members of the team, none of whom have a jotform account. It seems, and correct me if I am wrong, the only way the team members can actually "approve" anything is if they go into the account owner's Jotform account and 'take over' the task.

I have tried doing this in a few different ways and it seems that unless I am logged in as the account holder, I can't 'approve' anything, it just says "waiting for [person's] approval".

    Am I correct?

    Hi darcie.vaughan,

Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. Unfortunately, the option to disable Require Login to HIPAA workflows is currently not available. Let me escalate this to our developers as a Feature Request. Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
