I have a client who is trying to fill out my contract but there isn't a submit button. When I view it on a computer there is a submit button but when I view it on my phone (like my client is doing also), there isn't a submit button.

I am able to replicate the issue with your JotForm on my mobile. However, it seems that the JotForm is loading fine while viewing with the direct link to the form. Could you try re-embedding the JotForm on your website using iframe method to see if the issue is resolved?
