I need a form that allows customers to join a selling platform but there are only 50 spaces available.

Is there a section on the form where I can show the amount of spaces available as people sign up. ie 50 spaces available on the first submission then 49 spaces on the next submission etc until all of the spaces have gone.

I have seen the widget that shows remaining submissions but do not see how I can change the value of the submission count. It always gives me a higher number, unless this is the amount of free submissions I get every month. Any suggestions as I would like to keep everything with Jotform and not have to try and find a third party add in.

    Cheers

    Hello,

Are you referring to the submissions counter widget?

If this is correct, this widget will provide the number of submissions that your form currently has by default (the value will increase when a submission is made).

If you want to show the submissions left for your form (for example, to show the remaining spaces).
You need to configure a submission limit for your form by going to Setup & Embed - Preferences - Form Limits

And then configure the widget to show the Remaining Submissions under the Counter Type option.

Please let us know if this helps.

    Thanks.
