Unique ID Widget (visibility)

    I'm about to sign up for the professional level of your services, but I have one problem. The Unique ID Widget I am using on one of my primary forms apparently cannot be made to be visible on the form. Are you able to change that so it WOULD be visible by choice? This ID number generated on one form is essential to many other forms I will be using.

    Also, when I sign up, are there LEVELS of access dependent upon login credential that I am able to assign? Don't want some employees having access to all forms on my account, and wondering about levels of permission to edit, delete, etc.

    Hi excalibur101,

    To confirm, you would like to ability to make the Unique ID visible with the JotForm form builder?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to have the unique ID displayed on the form at this time.

    Is the Unique ID meant to be used at another time, or in another form? If that is the case, you do have the option to have the Unique ID displayed in the Thank You page, as well as it can be sent to the user once the form has been completed. Please inform us if you would like to explore that option.
