I have created a reference form for our summer attendee's It has not been proofed so Im not ready to publish. I am wondering however if when I am ready to publish - how I go about doing that...if I can just share the link and people can follow it and fill it out or if this has to be embedded? Do you host the form? Were do the submissions go? Do you host the form? Does or website host the form. Do I need a membership for this to work?

Thank you for using JotForm, I would be happy to assist you with your questions regarding sharing your form.
Your forms are hosted on JotForm. Yes the direct link to the form can be shared and users will be able to fill out the form. You also have the option to embed the form on your website.
You can find out more information about sharing your form at this link: http://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-3-Share+Forms
Your submissions will be in your account. You would access them by going to "My Form", selecting your form and selecting submissions. You can also set up an email notification, to get notified once your form has been filled out. How To Setup Email Notifications
We have different plans available, currently you are on the free plan, your form will work correctly while on the free plan. The difference in the plans are determined by how many submissions you will be receiving per month from your forms. If you have an idea of how many submissions you expect, you can determine what plan is best for you. Our Plans
