Hi firstly thank you for your prompt help with changing to secure site, however on changing I note that we are only allowed 10 submissions, is it possible to change back to the www.jotform.com to increase our submission rate.  As at this stage we are testing the service.

Also under the secure site mobile phone access gives a warning message first about the security certificate, which could scare off some people from using the form, does this message need to stay?

I am using the application for facebook and again after testing I note not everyone  has access on mobile  phones to the tabs panel on facebook is there a way to ensure people can access the form as they only see wall, info and photos links?

Thanks so much for your assistance.

    Regards

    Helene

    Great News about secure forms!

    1. We have fixed the problem on security certificate of secure.jotform.com, that should work properly on Windows Firefox now.

    2. We also have the new security certificate for www.jotform.com. So, that will also keep working.

You can use either www.jotform.com or secure.jotform.com. Both options will work.

    Thank you for your patience.
