Below is the form in question. http://v2.jotform.com/form/12194004223 Question #1: is this form and server secure? Question #2: When this form is submitted, it should be sending a notiification to me (email@example.com). However, we have had two submissions and one test submission by me this morning and no luck. Are we doing something wrong? I've checked my spam folder and received notification from the newer version. So, I'm getting email from jotform. I've attached a screen shot showing that the email address firstname.lastname@example.org is the notification destination and that the email enabling is yes.
Because of the security issue and the notification problem, I've pulled it from the page.Page URL:

Please send questions related to v2 to email@example.com. This forum is not appropriate for it. When you send the email, make sure to note that you are using v2 on the email. We only have handful of users left on v2, so our support team may not understand you are using v2.
There is no security certificate on v2.jotform.com. If you need secure forms, you must upgrade to the latest version.
