    Not getting anything in my mail box when submitting a form from website.

    I have  a link for subscribe and unsubscribe at the end of every newsletter page (approx.  55 pages). Is this not available for free users?

    I've been subscribed for well over a year. I didn't realize this was happening.  I am seriously considering dropping Disqus. and use Jotform all the time.

    Hello Kers101,

    Upon checking your forms, I found that your email address "music@jkershaw.info" ended up in our bounce list for following reason:

    Result: music@jkershaw.info is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.0 <bounce-md_30124803.52ea8902.v1-e270c9cb961b4064859afc0856f42e90@bounce.jotform.com> sender rejected. IB504 -

    I have removed your email address from our bounce list and it should be working fine. 

    Do test and get back to us if the issue persists.
