Starting with a form, on a web page, a client fills it in, by checking the boxes.
An email then goes to a recipient, other than the account holder, with the information from that form.
Ubiquitously, a copy of the same form is sent to another recipient. In other words, the information, from a form,
is sent to two recipients.
This will become a system, where there will be multiple forms, but certain forms will go to certain recipients.
Need B:Can the system generate a newsletter, requested by an internet user, and email the newsletter?

I understand that you want to send the information received by a JotForm to multiple recipients. Yes. It is possible to send notifications to multiple recipients.
Please refer to the guide below for more information on this.
This guide is provided with step-by-step instructions and graphical illustrations.
Hope this information helps. If you need further assistance, please reply to this post.
The other question on newsletter is moved to a new thread and shall be addressed separately.
