Hi there guys
We have been happily using your platform for over 2 years.
Recently our users are reporting a page from Clouflare prompting them to enter a code of numbers.
We have also found this trying to visit jotform.com
This is putting our customers off, how do we rectify this problem?

We are very sorry to hear this. Unfortunately increasing the security level was a need for Jotform users. Based on CloudFlare's information about this security check, it only appear if your IP Address recently had bad activity online.
I white-listed your IP address. Usually white-listing the IP address solves this situation.
Since your users are seeing the same, I would advise adding a note to the page where the form is currently placed about this security check. Add something that would tell them to just pass the captcha. I know this isn't convenient, but at least they would know what is the captcha is all about.
Also, passing the captcha will help reduce the threat score associated with the IP address. If no bad activity is seen from the IP address after a two-week period, then the challenge behavior will stop against that IP address.
