saw that there was integrations with google forms, and CRM, if you do not have this feature what would prevent a jot form integrated with salesforce.com from creating duplicate records?

I also have a project that will require some validation through a customer ID, how can we get this feature added to Jotform.

I would need to add several customer ID´s and have jotform ping or verify if the ID is correct inorder to proceed.  I would like to use salesforce.com or google docs if this feature cannot be used.

How soon can we get this feature added?

    Hi,

The integration with SalesForce works in such a manner that it will send data from the jotform to your SalesForce account.

Now what I believe, but I am not certain of this, is that our jotforms will send all data, regardless if the person is filling it out for the 1st time or has already done so and that all the sorting and data entry is handled only on the SalesForce side.

You could limit your jotforms to allow only 1 (or any other number of) submission(s) per some field, such as a customer ID field allowing you to dictate how things would work on your jotform as well.

You can see more about that here: How to set Form Limits Based on a Unique Question

I would need to add several customer ID´s and have jotform ping or verify if the ID is correct inorder to proceed.

This is not currently possible, but I will mark this as a possible feature for our developers. In the mean time could you please tell us what you would like to accomplish (since you say that you will add several entries) and we might be able to help you do this in some other manner.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
