The confirmation Email can not be send

    Hello

     

    I want to send out my emails from my own email. I set up the smtp login under my account, settings, email.  Unfortunately, it does not work. The setup is the same as in my outlook.

    The hosting of these Emails are by hostpoint.ch

     

    Is there a posibility to check, if the connection from JotForm to hostpoint is fine? Like in Outlook, where you can check the connections? I already tried to send out some testmails, but they also did not work.

    I just took a look at the logs and your email setting s and everything seems OK.

    The one that you have set to go over SMTP is autoresponder, can you please try to submit the jotform with your accounts email and see if you get it? If not let us know and we will search with your accounts email address to see what we are able to find.
